HubSpot Integration Updates

Thanks to feedback from customers like you, we are thrilled to release these highly anticipated and requested updates to our integration in partnership with HubSpot.
Two-way data capabilities unlocked
When CallRail matches a lead with a HubSpot contact that has an email address, you'll now see the email added to that lead within CallRail, so you can prioritize quick follow-up using your customer's preferences.
More CallRail data, now actionable within HubSpot
You'll now automatically receive more CallRail data to action on directly in HubSpot. See our most popular data insights, including:
- any tags you may be using to classify your calls, forms, or texts
- the qualified score, indicating a qualified lead
- any monetary value you've applied to the lead
- the destination number of the call, so you'll know who answered that call to properly route your automations
- the most recent call sentiment to provide context on how the last call went (available with Premium Conversation Intelligence™)
Original Source matching you can rely on
The Original Source field can now be your one-stop shop for reliable attribution reporting. Where you may have seen Original Source populating as offline previously, we'll now take the CallRail-defined source and map it to the best-fit Original Source value available in HubSpot.
Pro Tip! You may need to adjust your workflows and reporting if they currently depend on the Original Source value populating as offline. You will continue to see some contacts created with offline as the Original Source (which would apply to contacts with a CallRail first-touch source like billboard or direct mail).
