Salesforce Integration Error

I am unable to authorize a connection between Salesforce and CallRail. It was working until a couple of days ago. I have removed the OAuth apps on the user who is a system administrator. I've tried to reauthorize (several times), but it doesn't work. I keep getting the same error. Anyone know how to resolve this?
The following error is causing disruption to your Salesforce integration: INVALID_SESSION_ID: Session expired or invalid.

Hello and thanks for joining CallRail Community. It looks like you've opened a ticket about this and one of our agents has responded. Please follow up with that ticket if your issue has not been solved.

This error is caused when the authenticating token that connects CallRail to Salesforce times out. There's not much we can do to prevent it, as tokens issued by Salesforce have an internal clock for their active uptime for security purposes and CallRail cannot override this.

As to why it keeps failing when attempting to authorize from the failed instance, that's because when you attempt to re-activate a failed integration while it's still in its failed state, it will attempt to utilize the same API pathway it was connected to before. In this case, that means retrying the same expired token. Disabling the integration before attempting to reactivate allows the old token to be discarded, and a new token utilized without that token timeout active.

This requires a full reset. Disable the integration entirely first. Ensure that you have an admin on both the CallRail and Salesforce side signed in at the same time and then re-enable the integration. If it still fails, try using a different browser or incognito window as there may be some stored history or cache involved.
