Mobile App Feedback

We'd love to hear from you about what you want to see from the CallRail mobile app*! Let us know how you and your team are using the app today, and how you'd like to use the app in the future, including:

  • How many users at your business currently have the app and what operating system are they using it with (iOS v Android?)
  • What features do you wish the app had that you feel are missing today? 
  • In a perfect world, how would you like to use the mobile app in your daily operations?
  • Would you prefer to use the mobile app solely or would you still plan to use both the mobile and desktop apps interchangeably? If so, tell us more about when you’d use one over the other?

  • Hello - do you have an app update coming soon? My call rail app has been very slow and it will frequently not detect my touch when I am trying to touch the text box to type text messages, whether it’s direct from clicking on a previous caller or typing in the phone number that I want to text.

    I am now having further issues with the texting as well where sometimes I can type the text into the text box where I am composing a message, but the send button is not illuminated and will not allow me to send a reply.

  • Also I am not sure if the app is not storing a ton of data locally on my phone, but every time I switch to a new tab of the app, it has to reload every text conversation and phone conversation which takes 5-20 seconds. Shutting app down and reopening does not allow for faster uploads of the data either.

  • Also, upon hitting send on the texts, there is a delay for the message to pop up. So it looks like the message disappears since it does not appear in the conversation, I need to back out and re enter the conversation to see if it sent.

    It could be good to change the color of the send button when text is entered in the text box to indicate it detects the letters and then after sending, change the color back since there is no message to send. Otherwise it’s hard to tell when it is working properly and when it is not
