The script has been added to the WordPress website, but the numbers are not swapped

My website on WordPress engine (Elementor). I added the script in all possible ways - Google Tag Manager, WordPress plugin, directly injected into the code. But nothing helps. In the CallRail settings I see a message that the Code Snippet is installed, but the target swap is not found. Although the target is set correctly in both CallRail and the website. Has anyone encountered something similar before? How can this situation be resolved?
