Now recognizing more unique words like names, brands, locations, and more for more personalized customer-facing communications, intuitive automated systems, and cleaner integration processes.
TEXT FORMATTING
Proper punctuation and casing across things like emails, dates, and dollar amounts for faster information navigation and more natural transcripts.
ALPHANUMERICS
Increased accuracy across critical data like phone numbers, zip codes, and other numerical identifiers for smoother customer experiences, better critical data management, and clearer reporting.

How do I use it? The new model is already running for you in your CallRail account! Any transcripts or AI features being generated today are running through Universal-2. You can see it now:
- Click in to any transcript from the call log
- Click in to any call summary with Premium Conversation Intelligence
- Generate one of our alpha features from CallRail Labs (available with Premium Conversation Intelligence)
- Generate smart follow-ups, action items, or next steps with Convert Assist
What does this mean for my call insights? Anytime our speech-language model releases a massive improvement like this, all of the features we've built to read, interpret, and make recommendations for your conversations get better, more accurate, and more reliable. This includes call transcripts, call summaries, caller sentiment (that happy or sad face), Convert Assist tools, and CallRail Labs experimental tools. We highly recommend that if you have not relied on some features in the past, you give them another try!
Help do I teach the AI to recognize quality outputs? We also have new feedback options in place to help you tell us whether or not the interpretations the AI is making is useful to you. Taking the time to click "useful" or "not useful" when generating Alpha features from CallRail Labs, or Convert Assist features, gives us immediate feedback to then further improve the model.
