Turning on Transcription Automation Features Retroactively

Hi,

I encountered a situation where none of our company's calls or leads were historically scored. To establish a baseline, I would like to go back and qualify or disqualify calls based on the automated rules. Unfortunately, everything from transcription to automated workflow is go-forward only, which means we have to score calls manually, which makes generating a baseline from historical data untenable.

I want to be able to go back at least 6 months to transcribe calls and add automated workflow to score calls.
