Add Ability to Download Transcripts
Can you please add a "download transcript" feature so we can download the text of the transcript of calls?

On the activity log, when you select export, there is a dropdown menu for export with transcripts. I hope this helps and provides what you need, but if not, then please reach out to support.
this option for 'with transcriptions' does not exist for us.. how to enable this?
It is no longer an option unless you have the Premium Conversation Intelligence plan. Which is unfortunate.
