Spike In Forms Not Being Tracked In CallRail

Something has changed in CallRail or with Google Tag Manager or something in the tracking pipeline that is causing a higher percentage of form submissions not to be tracked in CallRail.  I don't have a specific timeline but I believe I started noticing this issue late last year but there has been a drop off in the number of form submissions that are being tracked in CallRail.  This has happened across a couple of different websites I manage that don't have any changes to their tracking setup, but seem to have a drop off in the capture rates of forms and possibly even calls.  I wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this or if it's a known issue.
