Feature Improvement Request – Picture Submission via Text Message

I wanted to suggest a potential improvement to the texting email notifications.

It would be extremely helpful if the full text message content, including any images sent, could be included directly in the email notification details. Currently, we only see the sender's name, phone number, and source—which makes it difficult for the clients to fully understand or respond to client messages, especially when pictures are involved.

Since many of our clients communicate via text and often include images, having this functionality would greatly enhance our ability to respond promptly and effectively.
