API Keys Never Visible?

I'm attempting to generate an API v3 key. 


I get the notification that the key will only be visible for 15 minutes, but once I refresh the page, it's never visible. 

Current time: 11:19 am PT (4 minutes after generation)

What am I missing?

    The API key is added and visible as soon as you create it.  Do not refresh the page right away..once you refresh, then it's hidden.
