Even better, setup is nearly instant—the template automatically uses your existing business hours from your company profile.
  2. The Live Transfer Template allows Voice Assist to answer 100% of your calls immediately. It can handle routine inquiries and will only transfer calls to your team when a conversation requires a human touch. This allows your staff to focus on high-value interactions while ensuring every caller receives immediate attention.
