Integrating Agent Information into HubSpot

Hi everyone,

We’re currently using CallRail with the HubSpot integration, and we can see several properties already being sent over from CallRail into HubSpot. However, we’re wondering if it’s possible to also include the agent information or the receiving phone number as part of the synced data.

Has anyone successfully set this up, either through native integration settings or via a custom workflow/API? We’d love to have these fields automatically show up in HubSpot alongside the rest of the CallRail call properties for better reporting and tracking.

  • Yes! Having the agent info and receiving phone number flow in automatically would be a huge help for reporting!
