API - Page Views within Calls endpoint

Right now you can get the page views for a particular call ID request. https://apidocs.callrail.com/#page-views
I'd love for the page views to be available as a field available in the general calls endpoint https://apidocs.callrail.com/#listing-all-calls (ie. calls returns milestones, and it would be nice to also have page views as well) so as to not make a separate api request.
