Schedule status conversion signals
Conversion signals are an AI-powered Premium Conversation Intelligence (TM) capability that we developed to automatically and accurately tag the real-world outcomes of your customer conversations.
What are conversion signals?Conversion signals make it easy to identify the outcomes of your conversations, offering valuable conversion data that can be used to create smarter, more effective follow-ups and enable powerful automations. The conversion signal tags also seamlessly feed into your APIs like Google Ads as high-value conversion data, working to optimize your campaign ROI.The conversion signals enabled in your account will appear as tags applied to the call log.
Enable "conversion signals" in the automation rule workflow page to:
- Generate more valuable leads
- Save time qualifying leads
- Automatically detect which leads converted
- Improve campaign ROI
Why did we create the "Schedule Status" conversion signals? We launched our first set of conversion signals to note appointment-based outcomes. This first set of "Schedule Status conversion signals include : 'appointment booked', 'appointment not booked', and 'appointment requested' with the goal to help you get more value from your most important leads and to better enable you to track those appointment-based conversion outcomes
How to set up conversion signals: Note that you will see two of the Schedule Status conversion signals already applied to your account ('appointment booked', 'appointment not booked') unless you have already manually removed them.
You can manage these conversion signals the following ways:
1. The Schedule Status automation rules template will allow you to select from a dropdown to choose the conversion signals you'd like applied to your account.

2. Setting up a new automation rule, you’ll now find “conversion signals” available as a section in the left-hand sidebar.

Simply click the pencil icon and select “conversion signals” from the left-hand sidebar. You will then be able to manage the lead score conversion signals ('very good', 'good', 'fair', 'poor', and 'very poor') and apply them to your future calls.
