Text Forwarding Feature
Great feature adding the text forwarding. Super helpful & a nice addition. If possible, could I request an enhancement to this feature where the text forwarding is an Apple/iPhone "Blue" conversation rather than the Android "Green" conversation if the caller and receiver both have apple devices. My clients would love this since they want to use the apple feature of "share current location" via the text feature but its only available on Apple devices and conversations.

So great to hear that you are enjoying text forwarding - love hearing this feedback. This is a great question about apple messages. I completely understand why you’d want those "blue bubble" responses as they offer a more seamless, premium feel that many iPhone users prefer for professional communication.
However, that blue color is exclusive to Apple’s iMessage service. It only triggers when both the sender and receiver are logged into an Apple ID using proprietary encryption. Since CallRail functions as a universal platform routing messages through standard carrier networks (SMS), we can't authenticate as an Apple device to trigger that specific encryption.

Essentially, because CallRail is built to work across all devices (not just iPhones), it will default to the standard green SMS format.
