Feature request: SMS not delivered by carrier status

Some carriers reject SMS even when the client initiated the SMS conversation. I would like to have access to that message that looks like this "Delivery of this message was rejected by the destination carrier." via the API so I can display it in the CRM.

    Thanks for your feedback. We agree! This is a feature we were already actively considering and are currently in the scoping phase of development. Our goal is to ensure that when a carrier blocks a message due to filtering or 10DLC regulations, you have that data immediately available to take action.

    While I don't have a firm "go-live" date just yet, please know that your feedback helps us prioritize this work. I have bookmarked this thread and will provide an update here as soon as we have a clearer timeline on the API availability for these error codes.
