Filtered Call Reporting
By default 'Calls to Inactive Numbers' and 'Robocallers & Telemarketers' is set to Challenge, which I wasn't aware of. We had an issue where a legitimate call was getting blocked.
Firstly, should this be set to 'Allow' and if a high amount of these calls are detected, a customer can choose to apply a challenge.
Secondly, there's no reporting on how many callers are hitting a challenge, subsequently how many callers drop out or make it through. I know I would hang up if I got this robot message, it sounds very suspect.
