These signals automatically detect the outcome of a call and apply a tag in your main call log, so you can see exactly which conversations are driving revenue without having to listen to every recording.

The new sale outcome conversion signals allow you to automatically classify your conversation outcomes as 'sale made' or 'sale not made'.

How to set up “sale outcome” conversion signals
You can start tracking sales outcomes in a few simple steps.
Option 1: Using the automation rules workflow settings
Manage your new conversion signals directly within the rule setup:
- Navigate to the automation rules workflow settings page.
- When setting up a new rule, look for the "conversion signals" section in the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the pencil icon next to the conversion signals section.
- Apply the sale outcome conversion signals to start tagging your future calls.
Option 2: Using “sale outcome” templates
Quickly enable these signals using pre-built templates:
- Go to the automation rules workflow landing page.
- Look for the Templates section.
- Select the sale outcome template in the center of the page to instantly apply these conversion signals to your account.
