Multiple Website Domains tracking?

Hi,
I have a client who we track phone calls on their website and also on a GHL landing page for PPC. I also use Agency Analytics for reporting. 

My question is: Can I use the same tracking script on both domains? If yes, will form tracking also work the same?
The reason why I don't want to do two companies is because Agency Analytics won't allow multiple instances of CallRail in the same client portal.
