Lookerstudio report templates - possibly broken integration

I use looker studio for my client reports and CallRail has an integration. Are there any templates available? My reports never match the data in looker studio. It's always off, sometimes wildly off from the actual data. A templated report would probably help my situation. Until then, I'm assuming the lookerstudio integration is broken. I've talked to support, none of them know anything about the lookerstudio integration, and they don't help me.
