Add a Independent Qualified or Unqualified Leads Option
Due to the nature of our business with people who have become clients there is no current way to accurately assigned a qualified or unqualified marking to incoming calls separately.
What this means is simple, if I mark something as a qualified lead that we took in as a new client, EVERY subsequent call from that lead will also be marked as a qualified lead. For the purpose we are currently using this marker, this will completely skew the accuracy of our results. If I mark a second, third etc. call that has become a client from their initial inquiry as unqualified since it is no longer a lead and is a current client, then the original qualified marker automatically gets changed to unqualified as well. If I do not mark each subsequent call as unqualified once the person has become a client, then the system automatically marks it as a qualified lead.
No matter which way we allow the mark of subsequent calls to be set, it will drastically skew the results that we are seeing in the analytics that CallRail uses to determine the quality of calls, either up or down from the reality of rather a call is a qualified good lead or not a quality lead. There is currently no way to subvert this according to the tech support for CallRail.
Adding an option for EVERY call to be labeled qualified or unqualified independent of each inquiry would solve this issue immediately. Once a lead calls in, and becomes a client, each subsequent call from that same number should be independent, not forced to be marked the same way as the prior call from that number.
