Voice assist for routing new customers and existing customers

I have a local service company and just need to setup a call flow routing with voice assist to do the following:

  • Identify new customers looking for a quote and route them, based on location to the correct branch office or intake contact info to refer them to a partner if they are out of our service area.
  • Route existing customers to the correct branch office based on either the name of the person they previously worked with or their location
  • Send all the rest to voicemail.

Any advice on how to setup a workflow to do this? I just want basic routing and don't want the voice assist to go "off script" and start giving pricing info, or anything that it doesn't know 100% for certain.
