Voice assist for routing new customers and existing customers
I have a local service company and just need to setup a call flow routing with voice assist to do the following:
- Identify new customers looking for a quote and route them, based on location to the correct branch office or intake contact info to refer them to a partner if they are out of our service area.
- Route existing customers to the correct branch office based on either the name of the person they previously worked with or their location
- Send all the rest to voicemail.
Any advice on how to setup a workflow to do this? I just want basic routing and don't want the voice assist to go "off script" and start giving pricing info, or anything that it doesn't know 100% for certain.

I actually have worked on something similar for a local service company recently.
The project I did for that client involved IVR routing logic with location-based branching and agent-specific routing, and it could be customized to fit your exact requirements including the new vs existing customer split and the out-of-service-area referral flow.
