URGENT Feature Request – Add Contacts and Make Outbound Calls from the Mobile App

Hello Following the recent changes to Canadian outbound calling regulations, I would like to suggest an important improvement to the CallRail mobile app.

Currently, I understand that we need to manually add a new lead under Lead Management > Contacts before placing an outbound call. However, this feature is only accessible through the website, not directly within the mobile app.

My request is to have the ability to create and manage new contacts directly from the CallRail mobile app and immediately place an outbound call, without having to switch to the website.

As a property management company, we frequently need to contact new prospects while working remotely. Having to access the website each time significantly complicates our daily operations.

With the new restrictions introduced on October 5, this functionality has become essential for Canadian users.

I would appreciate it if this feature request could be forwarded to your development team for consideration.
