Why can't I login to the mobile app?
If you’re having trouble logging into the mobile app or seeing the error code HTTP token: access denied, it could be due to the Google Sign In option.
As of now, neither of our mobile apps (CallRail and Lead Center) have the option to use Google Sign In. If this is used on the computer, any login credentials previously set with CallRail are replaced by the Google Sign In. This means, if you use Google to sign into your CallRail account on the computer, you will not be able to login on either mobile app.
To resolve this, you’ll need to reset your password fully on the computer and no longer use the Google Sign In option moving forward.
Here are the following steps to reset your password:
- Log out of CallRail fully on the computer. Make sure you only have 1 tab of CallRail open.
- If not automatically redirected, go to app.callrail.com and click Forgot my password
- Reset your password, and login to the computer before attempting to log into the mobile app. Skipping this step will not allow you to log into the mobile app.
- After fully logging into CallRail on the computer, you can now use your new password to log into either mobile app.
*Keep in mind, if you login using Google after doing the above steps, Google will erase your password, and the above steps will have to be repeated if you’d like to log into the mobile app.
If you are still experiencing issues logging in after following the above steps, please contact out support team.
