Calls By Number Reporting

On this report, what are Answered Calls? If my total Inbound calls were 159, then are those Answered calls related to the Outbound calls made?

    Hello Jasmin. Thank you for your question!

    On the Calls by Number report, the Answered Calls column includes any calls (inbound and outbound) that were answered. If you would like to see the answered, inbound calls only, you can add a filter at the top of the report by Call Direction.
