    Good morning Natalia!

  • Hey Natalia! Thank you for your question.

Are you unable to see the client ID in your Google Analytics account? CallRail will send that information to Google Analytics, but you will not be able to see the client ID in CallRail. This should appear in your Google Analytics account.

Let me know if this answers your question!

  • Hey Robin,

I am able to see the client ID in my Google Analytics account (screen, this client made Phone Call), but I can't see client ID in CallRail. If CallRail sends this client ID to Google Analytics, then it exists in CallRail.

My task: I am making database, end-to-end analytics.  I will be loading data from Google Analytics into database with client ID and loading separately data from СallRail, and I need to connect Google Analytics and СallRail using client id.

Therefore,  client ID must be available in two services to match the clients to each other. What are the ways to get a client ID from Callrail?

  • Hi,

When it comes to GA4 integration, what is it giving from the CallRail perspective?

    Thanks.

  • Hey Varia.

Since we do not have the GA4 integration yet, I'm not able to get a complete answer to this at this time.

I would advise taking a look at this post here about the coming GA4 integration (if you have not already). This details all the information we have so far about GA4. Also, I suggest following the Integrations topic, so you can be notified of any updates as soon as we post them. You can do this by going to the community topic Integrations and clicking the blue follow button on the right-hand side.
