User set to Notifications only, can still listen to calls
Hello, is there a way to prevent a user from listening to the phone calls, but still be able to get the notifications?
I have their User settings set to notifications only, but they went back and listened to phone calls when they are not supposed to be reviewing calls

Hey Gabriel. If a call has a recording available, that recording will be available in the notification email. Unfortunately, there is not a workaround for this. You can limit which numbers the user receives notifications for, but if those numbers have recording enabled, they will be able to listen to the recording in the email.
