Integration Triggers
My understanding of this is that if I set a Google Ad Trigger for calls lasting at least 30 seconds, then the Callrail dashboard will only show calls lasting at least 30 seconds?
And it will also send data to Google Analytics or Ads saying that only calls lasting 30 seconds should count as a conversion.
Am I correct?

Hey Dean. This is a great question!
The CallRail dashboard will show any calls made to your tracking numbers, regardless of integration triggers.
The integration triggers only affect what data we send to each integration.
If you have a Google Ads integration trigger set up for calls longer than 30 seconds, only calls lasting longer than 30 seconds will send to Google Ads. Setting up the same trigger for Google Analytics will operate the same way.

Ok. So what would be the point in setting up both an integration trigger and manually configuring my analytics goal to only complete the goal if it was 30 seconds as well? See attached.
Seems kinda redundant? Is there a best practice here? Or is there an underlying difference?
Hey Dean. We advise setting the trigger up within CallRail and not adjusting your goals in analytics to manage this. That value in analytics refers to the money value of the event and not the time. Here's a Google article with more detail about this.
