Yardi is a property management software platform that includes a suite of products, including Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and Yardi Matrix. CallRail’s Yardi integration connects our Voice Assist product with Yardi’s RentCafe API. This connection will allow your Voice Assist agent to handle leasing inquiries by answering questions about pricing, floor plans, and community amenities in real time. After the call, CallRail will send call data to Yardi, creating a new lead (called Guest Card in Yardi) for your contacts.
Integration requirements
To integrate CallRail with Yardi, you will need the following:
- A CallRail account with Voice Assist set up and enabled. Steps for enabling Voice Assist can be found here.
- Access to the Yardi Voyager platform.
Integration setup
- Select the Integrations icon on the left navigation bar.
- Select Yardi from the list of integrations.
- Choose the company where you’d like to set up this integration.
- On the integration page, you will see space to enter information from your Yardi account.
- Enter your Yardi API token and your Yardi company code in the corresponding text boxes.
- The API token can be generated in Yardi
- The company code can be found in the Yardi Client Central.
- Select Authorize.
How Voice Assist uses Yardi data
Once the integration setup is complete, Voice Assist will automatically provide property information to callers by reviewing the RentCafe API. A full list of data available is listed at the end of this page.
Creating guest cards with Voice Assist
Following a call with a voice agent, the integration will send a guest card to Yardi with the following data fields:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
- Message
- This is the full message taken by Voice Assist, including the questions asked and answers given by the caller.
- Source
- This is based on the attribution data we capture in CallRail.
Deactivating the Yardi integration
From your CallRail homepage:
- Select the Integrations icon on the left navigation bar.
- Select Yardi from the list of integrations.
- Select Deactivate.
