Feature Request: 3 Way Calls
It's a pretty basic feature that's really helpful for sales calls with more than one person. Does anyone know if this is in development, or if there's a release date set?

3-way calling is on our product team's roadmap, but we do not have a set timeline for when this will be available.
However, there is a work around for this in Lead Center. Your agents can initiate a warm transfer either internally with another Lead Center agent or externally. As long as the original agent does not hang up the call when completing the transfer, all 3 people will remain on the call. Here's some more information about Warm Transfers.
