Need to ability to set holidays

We have so many lines and companies that when a holiday comes up, most of the time nobody ever sets up the call flow to route to voicemail.  There are just too many call flows to update (for instance remove Friday from the schedule step).  You would then have to remember to come back and re-add Friday to the schedule step next week.  This also causes our schedule to look horrible because it does not re-sort the days of the week in order when you remove and re-add days.  If there was a way to set  holiday dates, then for each call flow, set whether or not that call flow will check for the holiday would be great.  You could add a new step category called Holiday at the very top of your call flow, it would check the holiday list and if today matches one, you could tell it what you would like to do (ie, play a message and send to voicemail).

I could edit all my call flows one time and never have to worry about it again (aside from adding holiday dates).

    Hey Mark!

I agree this would be a good improvement, so I'll get it submitted to our product team.

As a workaround, I suggest duplicating your call flows, making the edits to them for the holidays, and labeling them as your holiday call flows. Then when the holidays come around, you can use the following instructions to update your tracking numbers.

    1. Click the Settings icon on the left navigation bar.
    2. Choose the company where you'd like to bulk edit tracking numbers.
    3. Click Account-Level Numbers at the top right.
    4. Select the number(s) you'd like to bulk edit.
    5. Click the Bulk Actions button at the top left.
    6. Select Call Routing, then click Next.
    7. Select Forward these calls to a call flow from this company to forward all calls to your tracking number to a call flow. This option is only available if all of your selected numbers belong to the same company.
    8. Click Save Changes.
