Ability to Merge Duplicate Timelines
I've had people reach out via web form and later a phone call (or vice versa) and the two contacts both get listed as "first contact." I'd like the ability to note that the two are connected so that the customer timeline is all in once place and if that person becomes a lead, they are only marked so once.
