Unable to integrate Google Ads Account with CallRail

Hi Team,

CallRail is not allowing me to add a Google Ads Account to CallRail and the 'Activate' button is not working. Please can someone help me with this.

    Hey Sam!

    I see several companies in your account show a pending status in your Google Ads integration. Is this what you're referencing?

    If so, the reason they are not Active is because you do not have a website pool. Website pools are necessary for visitor tracking which is a requirement for calls to report as conversions.
