How do I get started with texting?

Register your business with CallRail.

Set up Stop / Unsubscribe keywords.

Can I text without using Lead Center? 

You can use the CallRail mobile app to send text messages if you don't have Lead Center.

Can I schedule texts?

No, texts cannot be scheduled. 

Can I send group texts?

No, we don't support sending bulk text messages. However, you can use our Quick Text functionality to create template text messages that you can send with a single tap. 

Are text messages forwarded to my destination number? 

Texts are not forwarded to your destination number. 

Where can I view texts I’ve received? 

You can view texts in your Lead Center inbox (desktop or mobile). If you don’t have Lead Center, you can view texts in the Text Log under Analytics or in the CallRail mobile app. 

What countries can I send texts to, and what countries can I receive texts from? 

Only local U.S. and Canadian tracking numbers can send and receive text messages.

Can tracking numbers receive verification texts? 

No, CallRail tracking numbers cannot receive verification texts from external or third-party services because it violates the Acceptable Use Policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
