Reporting on Lead Center Agent Answered Calls


Is there a way to pull a report on agents answered calls?
Can this be reported on each company instead of agents over all activity? eg, if an agent is on multiple company callflows I'd like to be able to pull activity to see how many calls have been answered per agent per company

    Hey Liz,

    You can do this by building a custom report and selecting the template Calls By Company. Once you create that, you can filter by the agent name. This will break down their number of calls per company. You could do this for each agent and rename the custom report to each agent name. These will save under your custom reports in your account.
