Call Waiting Notification Volume

Our team loves the call waiting feature but the notification volume for incoming calls is a bit too loud. It would be fantastic to have a feature that we would be able to adjust the volume per conversation that way the notification sound would not drown out the current conversation we are having.

    I'm happy to hear you're enjoying the feature! I reached out to our product team about the volume, and they are planning on changing this. When they make an update, I'll let you know here.
