Conditional Email Notifications
Hi,
I was wondering if this exists or can be implemented:
Sometimes we Round Robin our calls to different people.
Can we have the call summary email notification go to only the person that was called in the Round Robin?

Hello Eddie. I agree that this is a great feature request. At this time, we are not able to send a notification to just the agent in Round Robin who received or missed the call. We can specify which agents or email addresses receive notifications and we can filter it for only certain tracking numbers. However, once the call goes to that tracking number, the notification cannot be directed to a specific agent. Your feedback is truly appreciated.
