Chat Feature to transfer chats
Hi, We are utilizing the chat feature on our website into lead center - it would be great if ANY agent could respond to a chat regardless of who initially responded to it OR we could transfer the chat to another user. Sometimes a call may come in or a client may be in front of us and we cant respond as fast as a client may need. OR a request may be out of our wheel house and we need to pass it to another user. Currently ONLY the initial agent can respond to the client chatting in. Not other agent can. It would be great too at bare minimum have a transfer option like we have with a call - or just open them up like a text messages so anyone can respond to it.
