Lead Center - Do you need phone tree setup to use Lead Center

Do you need to have a phone tree setup to use lead center? IE: If lead center is in use or not in use do you need to place it in a phone tree?

    Thanks for reaching out in the CallRail Support Community. 

    You may forward tracking numbers to a call flow that routes to Lead Center Agents, but it's not mandatory. You can choose to forward tracking numbers directly to a Lead Center Agent in your numbers list under settings.
