Call routing
Can we set the system up so that when a specific number calls, it always gets routed immediately to a specific number? I want to use it for a leads company that requires all of their calls to be answered by a person. Their calls always come in on the same number.

Thanks for your post in the community. The tracking number that is being dialed can be placed in a call flow. You can assign agents to the call flow or just a destination number. I'll attach a support article below that you can review. We also have a responsive routing feature that may be useful; however, you'll need to opt-in to our advanced call flows, which is an additional $15 per month.
