How can a tracking number that is down for 2 months go undetected???
I am absolutely baffled at Call Rail's system. I have a client with 100+ tracking numbers spread across 4 companies and 14 individual store locations. It turns out that a number on a Google Business listing was "broken" for 2 moths, resulting in Lord only knows how much lost revenue!
In random testing of other other numbers among our 100+ numbers, I am finding sporadic numbers down as well.
Upon calling support, I am told it is beholden upon my client to regularly call 100+ tracking numbers individually to make sure they are working correctly?
How is it even possible to have faith in a company offering such a service as Call Rail does, when their service is a unreliable as described above?
