Quick Response - Multiple People Receiving Text Notifications Needed

Hi, It's my understanding your Quick Response notification only allows for one person to be notified via text of a contact form submission. It would be a tremendous benefit if multiple peoples phone numbers can be entered so more than one person gets the notification. Needing this for a small call center of 5 people always on call for monitoring calls/emails/texts, etc. Thanks!

    Hello Matt and thank you for joining our CallRail Community. I think that being able to text a quick response for form submissions to multiple numbers would be very helpful. I will get this idea over to our Product Development Team to consider in a future release. At this time though, we do not support mass messaging. That has a whole different set of regulations applied. Even though these messages would be delivered to your employees who consent to receive them, the same rules apply. Thank you so much for your feedback and we are always glad to receive new product ideas.
