First-Time Caller Average Call Duration Tracking

I see many filter reporting options in CallRail, including total call duration average. What I want to get to is a report that gives AVERAGE FIRST TIME CALLER Duration. I don't see that option, only filters for first-time caller time breaks such as calls 30 seconds or longer, or 90 second or longer, etc.

CallRail need a date-filterable ability to to see average first-time caller duration as a lead quality indicator. How long first time callers spend with your call center or admissions reps indicate their expectations being met or unmet upon that first call interaction. Did the messaging in ads or organic content that led them to call apply upon their first phone experience in speaking with your organization, or does your messaging/and or targeting that led them to call need to be adjusted so callers are spending quality time with your reps upon their first phone interaction and moving down the funnel. That's what average first time caller duration indicates.

    Hi Rachel,

Thank you for providing this suggestion, and welcome to the community!

I agree that having the ability to report on the average duration of first-time calls is important as a lead quality indicator. Have you ever used our built-in Call Attribution report? I think you may find it to be very helpful!

The Call Attribution report provides insight into the sources and interactions that are driving traffic and generating calls. This report shows the number of first-time callers and the average call duration by source, campaign, keywords, referring page, or landing page. It can also be filtered by date and display first-time caller data only. I included a screenshot below that shows an example Call Attribution report in CallRail.
