Not all form submissions are being tracked in callRail
Hi,
we are using Gravity Forms plugin for our wordpress website. There are few form submissions that are not being tracked by CallRail. Is there any specific reason for this?

I just started testing external forms and noticed this as well. I will submit a ticket and follow this thread in case a solution is posted.

Though we strive to capture 100% of forms. There are instances where we will not be able to do so. If a customer submits a form using a browser such as Brave (which doesn’t allow cookie capture) and or is using plugins that block cookie capture we will not be able to capture these forms. Hence, not being able to see the form in CallRail due to the inability of the script to fire. Unfortunately, there isn’t a workaround for these instances.
Although this can sometimes be the case, I recommend opening a ticket with our support team. They will be able to take a deeper dive into your Forms tracking setup as well as your website to confirm if any underlying issues exist and confirm the root cause for certain forms not appearing within your CallRail dashboard.
