Integrate User-Entered Zip Codes into CallRail API or Tags

The ability to collect user-entered zip codes during CallRail's Call Flows' "geo-routing" step is crucial for our client's call tracking and IVR needs.

Currently, while CallRail's Advanced Call Flow Builder is able to match a user’s zip code to one of many uploaded zip code lists (i.e., "locations"), we cannot see the actual zip code entered in the call record or anywhere else.

We would believe CallRail must collect this data to perform the location match, even if it’s not yet accessible to us. Could we please obtain this information through one of the following options?

• API: Can the CallRail API be updated to include the geo-routing zip code, similar to how it provides "Keypad Entry" values?
• Tags: Can we set up an automated rule to dynamically add a tag with the entered zip code values to the call record?
