If you already have the Clio Manage integration connected and want to use call insights in Clio Grow, here's some things to know:

  • We recommend disconnecting your current integration with Clio Manage and only connecting with Clio Grow to prevent importing duplicative data (more details here).
  • Don’t worry, though; by switching to our Clio Grow integration, you won’t lose any CallRail data attached to your contacts in Clio Manage! Call data added to contacts in Grow will carry through to Manage.
  • Contacts will now receive these insights even earlier in the client journey for you to take advantage of from the very first touchpoint.
