Whisper Message For Workflow Steps

I would like to enable a whisper message on calls that come in from people but only when they press a certain entry. I have a workflow press 1 for sales, 2 for support, etc and I would like a whisper message to play only when a call comes in that is a sales call. Right now I would have to enable it for calls that come in from all sources and I think that would annoy the support team.
