Make campaign Id available in Looker Studio integration

Currently, only the campaign name is being passed to the Looker Studio integration.

I believe including campaign IDs would be highly beneficial—especially when blending CallRail data with Google Sheets data. As you know, campaign names can change over time, but IDs remain consistent. Passing the IDs would greatly improve data accuracy during the blending process.
