Customize "Number not swapping" alert timeframe
Currently, the "number not swapping" account alert triggers after the vanity numbers have not swapped for 5 days (by default). In the past, it has been 3 days. For our company's use, we have 60+ locations receiving calls, so we can't manually check this frequently due to volume. Therefore, we'd like to be able to customize the notification emails to be sooner than 5 days (preferably, 24 hours for us) to minimize the time we aren't tracking leads. I understand that 24 hr notice may not work for all businesses, so I think having the alerts customizable will be good for all.
